Which documents do I need to upload?

Accepted Answer

Nurses upload a Nursing Certificate or Registration Certificate. Attendants / GDAs upload a Training Certificate or Experience Proof. Files can be PDF, JPG or PNG. Aadhaar / Government ID is also required for identity verification, and once you verify your identity you will not need to do it again.

Our team reviews your documents and verifies your details before you are approved. You can start accepting care assignments only after this review.

Question 5

What is needed once a booking is confirmed?

Accepted Answer

Once a booking request is confirmed we need your Staff Evaluation, completed background verification (BGV), a one-time Service Agreement, Counselling, your PAN card and your bank details.
